I grew up in Southern California and traded my surfboard for hiking boots in 2014 when I moved to Colorado to further explore my love for the outdoors. It was then I started managing animal hospitals for both privately owned and corporate owned practices. In these roles, I gained experience in the methods and processes of Human Resources. I pursued and gained my Senior Certified Professional credentials from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2022.
Still with a love for animals and the great outdoors, I now live in a log cabin in the mountains, with my beautiful wife and three dogs, with acres of breath-taking views of pine forest, granite rock and snow-capped peaks. Being that I needed remote work and wanting to embrace the new town I live in, I opened my own consulting business, Adam Burrows Consulting, which services the area I now call home.
