We all recognize the familiar saying, "a happy worker is a productive worker," but the Total Rewards strategy doesn’t automatically lead to happy workers. It’s the presence of genuine, enthusiastic, and undoubtedly FUNNY leaders that truly fosters happiness and engagement among employees.
So, don’t hesitate to share a joke. Post a humorous comic strip. Light-heartedly poke fun at yourself. Considering that work takes up a significant amount of our time, embracing humor enriches our lives and makes everything more enjoyable!
